A fully customized 90 minute massage is perfect for working in depth on a specific area or injury, or a fully body massage with some focus work on a specific area.

A fully customized 2 hour massage is perfect for a fully body massage plus in-depth focus on one or two specific areas or injuries.

Prenatal Massage: I offer each length of massage for expecting mothers also. I use a bolster that allows the client to lie face down safely and comfortably as well as face up with a gentle tilt for safety. Prenatal massages are customized to each person’s needs.
